PUR integral flexible foam

Well designed, with shock-absorbing and appealing surface finish – these are the requirements for products made from PUR integral flexible foam. Depending on the type of foam, PUR integral flexible foam parts can be used for:

• Cushioning parts e.g. in hospital operating rooms as operating table pads with or without inserts,
• bumpers with replaceable buffer plate, as a finish for factory door seals,
• energy-absorbing foam parts around the A-pillar in order to achieve the required values of energy absorption in the vehicle interior e.g. in the Mercedes Sprinter.

Individual design: PUR integral flexible foam parts are solid-colored and can be coated with special conductive flexible paints.

 

 

Padded mats

HÜBNER manufactures special, biocompatible soft foams, finished with conductive coat systems or with flexible structured coat systems, ready-to-use for various applications. They all provide good formability with high restoring properties in order to avoid bedsores.

We manufacture, e.g., surgical padded mats, head, arm or leg cushions, seat cushions, padded mats for CT systems and operating tables from PUR soft integral foam.
