The HÜBNER GmbH in Kassel as well as the institute for traffic- and infrastructure systems Dresden presented a flexible vehicle concept for the bus sector. This new development is a 24 m long two-direction vehicle which can be used according to the requirements coupled as a large capacity vehicle or uncoupled as a solobus. Due to the possibility to use an additional inter module, a 36 m long vehicle can be realized which is especially suitable for so called bus-rapid-transit-systems in Latin America and Asia.
Product exceeding, HÜBNER presents for the first time an extensive service concept. All around offers from the telephonic support during failure analysis to the support, maintenance and documentation of the systems during the whole product service life.
At the same time the proven quality with innovations is in the focus of the presentation at the fair. Further developments at the HÜBNER articulation systems lead to a better maintainability as well as a higher flexibility and attractiveness. The easily mountable floor covering which can be opened with service friendly exchangeable folding bellow floor enables an easy access to the energy guiding systems and the articulation area.
A large variety of folding bellow fabrics for different operation conditions – if required also available in different colors – offers the public transportation services an individual and attractive appearance of their bus fleet.
