






Flexibility, convenience and economic efficiency are but some requirements that HÜBNER gangway systems are more than fit to meet. Developed for the use in regional, local and long-distance traffic, our gangways are in reliable service in a large number of trains.
HÜBNER offers gangway concepts individually adapted to the vehicle type. The design is available as a one or a two-piece system, i.e. a complete gangway or two gangway halves.
Two-piece gangways are advisable where cars are frequently removed from a train. The gangway is “bisected”, i.e. uncoupled in the middle (quick-release), so that cars with two-piece gangways can be used flexibly as bi-directional.
Customized to meet the specific requirements of our customers, various types of corrugated bellows are utilized: from single corrugated bellows in cost efficient lightweight construction up to the double corrugated bellows with enhanced sound insulation – everything is possible. The basis for quality and durability are high-quality materials with particular properties such as UV resistance, cold and heat resistance as well as high tear, tear growth and wear resistance. By selecting various thicknesses of bellows fabric, we can individually design products to meet requirements for sound and heat insulation.
The linking bridge allows passengers to conveniently move through the gangway. It adapts to every movement of the cars without allowing gaps or other openings to form. That way, passengers can safely and conveniently use the gangway at all times, irrespective of the train movements. Even the use in tilting trains with larger roll angles presents no problems for the HÜBNER linking bridge.
Bridge plates provide a nearly gap-free crossover. Overlapping bridge segments take up all the movements of the vehicle.
HÜBNER gangways ensure passengers a safe and convenient crossover. Furthermore, due to the sophisticated design and careful selection of materials they are low-maintenance and have a long service life.
