HÜBNER GmbH manufactures molded polyurethane foam parts in all the undermentioned material groups. As a universally-deployable material PUR can be used in many branches of industry: in medical technology, for industrial goods or in the vehicle manufacturing sector. Based upon competent and solution-oriented consultation, we design and manufacture PUR components – from prototypes to concepts through to series manufacture.
We implement customer-specific requirements regarding surface finish, design and functionality e.g. thin walled reinforced coatings for large section panels, excellent mechanical properties, thermoforming resistance qualities, combined with good thermal, and sound insulation. All of these requirements are realised by the use of the various polyurethane materials.
